REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day no-question satisfaction guarantee, which means if at anytime within 30 days of your purchase (not delivery) date you are not happy with our sauce we will refund your full purchase price, including tax and shipping (if applicable).

We strive to meet the expectation of all our customers, so when we don't we would like to know why. Please take a minute to describe what you don't like.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.You can always contact us for any question at info@kennybobs.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
